"We made a pit stop at Love's to grab a sandwich and take a break. We had to wait in line at the sandwich station for quite some time. One of the employees was just topping up one of the meat trays that was already almost full, ignoring the growing line of customers. She then started sweeping the floor without acknowledging anyone. Finally, another employee asked us what type of bread we wanted, but we declined and left without ordering due to the chaotic and disorganized service. Overall, the service was rated a 1 out of 5."

"Me and my husband ordered our subs as salads and the staff did not disappoint! I stopped getting Subway salads because they quit chopping them and were skimpy on ingredients. Today however was the exact opposite! ? They were very gracious with toppings! My salad was chopped and they filled my bowl completely! My only complaint is I wish the lettuce was a bit fresher (I found a few that were changing ? But overall we were very satisfied!"

"When I questioned her about this, her expression shifted from confusion to anger. She simply said, "I’ll have these out in a minute." Then, to my shock, I overheard her mutter, "Stupid, white mother f***er," as she walked away from the counter. Really? I couldn’t understand how a simple order could lead to comments about skin color. My wife had to restrain me from going into the store because I was furious. "I received great customer service at this location. I stopped in for lunch because I had a promotional coupon. There was an issue with the register accepting the coupon, and a line of customers had developed as my sub was being made. I said I would just pay for my sandwich and get a drink and chips as well, even though that wasn 't part of the promotion. I did not realize the employee assisting me was the manager on duty, and he insisted that I grab a bag of chips, a large drink and the sub I ordered and would not accept my cash. He apologized for the inconvenience and asked me to keep them in mind next time I was hungry for a sandwich. It was a great gesture I thought. Few days later I needed a quick but filling lunch again, so I stopped by for another sub. This time I asked for it to be made with the promotional '50% more meat for ¢50 '. My sandwich was made fresh and fast, just like you 'd expect. As I was taking out my wallet to get my money, he asked if I still had the coupon on my phone, that it was being funny but he had an idea, asked if I 'd help him test it again. As the register took the coupon he smiled and told me he fixed it later in the day I had 1st stopped by. He thanked me for my patience and apologized again for any inconvenience. I got 2 delicious sandwiches some extras in 1 week for free. I appreciated the 's I saved for sure, but having worked in customer service most of my life, I recognize and appreciate the attention to detail and the intent to satisfy the customer even more!"
