"My daughter and I dine here regularly and we sit inside and hear the interactions with customers. I don’t understand the bad reviews. These guys are so neighborhood/ family oriented. Their food is great. They are not using the nasty waxy cheese that most places use. Not to mention their wraps and other food is always yummy and made the right way. I don’t even mind if it takes them a while when they are busy because my food is always delicious and they are friendly and talk to us while we wait. When we go in, we are greeted warmly and served like family and when we order delivery, the drivers are always super nice and the food is always still hot."

"stopped to grab two discs to go on a Tuesday afternoon. I made her go and go. because it was a nice day, I decided to sit on one of the outside tables they had. I couldn't even open my pizzendose before the dame came in the inner one that was expelled that I sat on one of the outer ones. “Outside seats are only for dunes” is what she yells at me with such attitude. Now I can understand if the place was hoping on a Saturday night or something where people wait for tables, but there was no one there. No person sitting inside or outside. if I had a restaurant, I would probably want someone to sit outside eating on a day I had no one. Maybe someone goes by and says I'd like to take a disc and sit outside. more business? art of free advertising. so long story short I eat my food in my truck and since I type this review, there was not a customer who came. I will not go back just because, how rude I was treated. it is also a scandal because the pizza was really good."

"It was a bit burnt, the cheese was falling,slices weren?t cut properly, the pizza was messy. Plus they changed it to 3 cheese slices to 4 since they couldn?t make it when I couldn?t see the slices since it looked messy . Small pizza for quite a bit money when I paid before 20$ with bigger pizza slices.Wasn?t as tasty The workers don?t wear their mask too. Paid 25$ for disappointment i got pizza before 20$ Without disappointment workers wearing their masks"

"We order from this pizza place multiple times a month I feel like it 's finally time for me to write them a review. This pizza place is excellent the pizza has enough sauce (and garlicky amazingness) and is very reasonably priced. But the real winneris the pasta with marinara sauce. The sauce is home made and truly excellent I have been to some nicer Italian places thatwere not as good. The owners of this place clearly take pride in this little pizza place proudly saying the recipes come fromtheir families and asking you how you like it. They often give us fried dough as a treat and even if I refuse it they get alittle offended because of how much pride they take in their food! I have lived in New York for nearly 15 years and this is oneof the best pizza places I 've been too. I wouldn 't necessarily say this is a great sit down place, though. Just your averageNew York pizza place. But the pizza and pasta is AMAZING."

"I couldn 't be more Impressed with Gino 's! We love ordering online as they make it so super easy and efficient. The delivery eta is fabulous and so accurate! We ordered a huge takeout/delivery last night and it came with so much bread and a beautiful bottle of rose as a thank you ! Simply love when businesses take service to another level with their time and consideration to show their customers their appreciation! The food is so delicious as well! Never going anywhere else! Thanks so much!"

"Our Little Italy is our go to pizza place 15x a year and here’s why: Taste. There’s six pizza joints within two miles of us…when I lived in SoCal, it was six Mexican restaurants. So, the competition is intense here and mom and pops rule. Here’s my take: Hospitality: 5/5 Food Quality: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Price: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Now, I’ve eaten in and taken out fifteen times this year. Fifteen different lunches or dinners…one consistent experience. Solid pizza, varied types. Good calzone options. Friendly beyond belief (for New Yawk) staff. Ownership always on duty. Strong community commitment. Good eat in value. And yes, Try The Veal… It works on all six HQSCPV levels. And that’s why the other spots only get visited twice or thrice."

"Be careful when ordering food from Bella?s Pizza! Only ordered food from there for delivery. Half an hour later, no food appeared. We called the restaurant and they told us that it was delivered a while ago and basically called my husband a liar when he said that the food was not delivered. The guy in the restaurant contacted the driver who claims to have left the food in our house. We checked out everywhere, even at the end of our road at the sidewalk. We have a ring camera on our road and another one on our front door, so we would have been notified on our phones if someone were dragged into the road or was on the front door, the food drops. When we told the restaurant that, the manager? said there was nothing they can do and refuse to supply us new food. Will never order food from here again."

"Inexpensive oil, subpar cheese, and no espresso coffee available. I find it hard to understand why a restaurant would serve Italian pastries without offering espresso coffee. It really baffled me."
