"My family and I had Sunday dinner night at Amami. Overall, it was a lovely experience. The interior of the venue combined the elegance Japanese design with its hip Brooklyn flavor. The food was delicious. We had the Yakatori to start, which was grilled to perfection. The sushi/ sashimi for two was beautifully presented with a fresh sampling of a variety of fresh fish and house rolls. Our server Aphen was knowledgeable and thoughtful with his recommendations. The cocktail program presented a Japanese twist on traditional cocktails. Bartenders were warm and friendly. The owner/ chef came over to our table to greet us and see how we were enjoying our meal. You can tell he really cares about the guest experience and his craft. Dessert (my favorite part of every meal) was a perfect way to end with the tempura fried red bean ice cream and cheese cake. From start to finish, it was a great experience."

"You know that greasy, nasty, Chinese food joint that makes you question how clean they are and makes you wonder if any critters got into your egg foo yung?"

"Fried chicken wings, shrimp fried rice, salt and pepper tofu, sweet and sour chicken, vegetable egg foo young, governor's chicken, and egg rolls are all good. Pot stickers are decent. Singapore noodles are outstanding. I love that curry taste. The Bbq pork fried rice tasted like the pork had gone bad. Delivery was quick, and the order was correct. The iced tea is very good but on the sweet side."

"Disappointed tonight.. my usual order of Mongolian beef was awful tonight no heat and its supposed to be spicy, and way too many onions which were horribly strong and I like onion but I couldn't eat them and their Singapore noodles also lacked anyspicy heat.... a shame as they were one of my top 2 and with Golden chopsticks closing next week we don't have a good Chineseplace in Bolingbrook :"

"Wow, I have rarely been in such a friendly place! The owner and staff clearly knew many of the customers in this busy restaurant and greeted many with hugs and smiles. As a business traveler in the area for just a few days, it was a nice surprise. The menu is quite extensive! I started with the vegetable tempura, which was a big platter of beautiful battered fried veggies. Then on to my entrée of Cashew Tofu, another big plate of fresh veggies, tofu, cashews, and brown rice with a medium spicy brown sauce excellent! I took half of it home for lunch the next day. Highly recommended!"

"Always great food, fast, budget prices, fresh, courteous service (common order), and although there is not much food in seating, we always find a table as the decision is the primary traffic here. The portions are generous and you can get combination flours that contain fried rice and an egg roll or duck and add your own sides. Was in China House with all kinds when crowds mom, friends, appointments, family and everyone is always happy with their meals. In a stripe ball behind Sonic it is easy to miss, but it is worth finding!!!!"

"One of our favorite Thai restaurants in Houston! This last trip we brought a large group of friends. I love the grilled Pompano fish , but I prefer the sauce on the side since it’s a bit sweet. Pro tip: Order the Masuman curry and put the sauce on the fish. It’s delicious! Any way Street Food Thai Market cooks flat rice noodles is delicious. It’s always flavorful and never overly greasy. The pork meatloaf reminds me of a Vietnamese dish except that it’s warm. It was our least favorite dish, but everything else made up for it. The atmosphere is jus ok since it’s in the middle of a grocery store, but who cares since the food is great? Looking forward to coming back!"

"I 've dined-in here a few times before the pandemic began. The service was ok. The food was good. They got dim sum carts which is almost always an indicator for good dim sum. I remember my first impression here was good Cantonese food and a bit pricey. Then COVID-19 hit, I stopped indoor dining for over a year and this was one of the places I missed. I had two takeouts from East Harbor this year. One was several months ago and the second time was just yesterday. Each time we got decent portions and enough leftovers for the next day. Overall, the food was as good as I remembered from dine-in. For yesterday 's take out, hubby I ordered 3 dishes and 3 dim sums. I don 't remember the full names for all of the dishes, though I think most were just named by their main ingredients? The three main dishes were lotus roots stir fry ???? , cod fillet fillets were fried first and then tossed into a stir fry? , and stir fry clams ????? . The three dim sums were shumai ?? , chicken feet ?? , and steamed ribs ??? . I love dim sum, though that clam dish was the bomb to me. The dish with cod fillets, in comparison to other dishes, seemed bland. The free pot stickers were also kind of bland, but they were free and we were given 3 choices: pot stickers, crab puffs, and egg rolls. Next time we 'll choose the crab puffs. We ordered everything in-person as it was a last minute decision to get takeout, and food was ready in 15 minutes. The only real downside of having food from here is this restaurant never included rice when ordering main dishes, which is actually the norm at restaurants in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Rice were extra, or at least that 's how I remembered from my visits. We made our own rice at home to eat with the take out ?."

"service was friendly but always taken. waited 20 minutes, just to drink orders. 20 before we had a hibachi cook. it is all about the show of course that was fun as expected. but eating was disappointing, everything was consumed in Teriyaki sauce. I had hoped that my wife's hugging would be a little different from my steak (and different from my skallops), but everything tasted the same. could be back for the bar and sushi, but do not definitiw the hibachi."

"This restaurant is amazing! If you enjoy Chinese cuisine or have a craving for it, you must check out this place! The food is always fresh and the staff is incredibly friendly and nice. My family has dined here countless times and we have never been disappointed. I believe more people should discover this restaurant. Even if you aren't a fan of Chinese food, give it a try and see if it changes your mind! If not, no harm done. But if you enjoy it, you've found a new go-to spot for delicious meals."

"This food is really great that the Japanese cuisine here tastes like the authentic Japanese food in Japan. I've been living in Japan for over a decade, and I'm really impressed with her food. Most Japanese restaurants in the USA are not authentic Japanese restaurants, but I think this is one of the top rankings to authenticity! Great job guys!!!"

"It's mostly take out. The food was okay. We ordered Vegetable fried rice, Pork W. Garlic Sauce, Shrimp W. Garlic Sauce and Happy family. The taste was okay. The main thing is it's open till 2am in the morning. It's very hard to find places to eat after 11pm. It usually takes around 15 minutes to complete the order."

"What a great place for Japanese food, the service was great and the food just right. It’s got plenty of seating for a small building, but no outdoor seat is available. There is a small bar inside and seats so you can watch the food being prepared. The location does have booths, tables and a traditional table where you must take your shoes off and sit in the floor. They are always busy so plan ahead, but it’s worth the waitParking: Located in a strip mall like area with shared parking"
