"I love ruby dosdays. love the salatable. that was the worst thing I did. I burned my chicken sandwich. the waiter said it was happening all day. the type next to me ordered the same and his hen was twice as big and perfectly cooked. lady next to me said you steak was also burned. Never say a manager. I made my own salad so it was good."

"I don’t normally write bad reviews. I like praising people for what they do right. Here’s what was good: our waitress was very nice. She was accommodating and made sure we got the coupon price. That’s about the end of the good. The bad: Our seats had had duct tape all over them to hold them together from tears. The salad bar doesn’t have much anymore (not the fault of THIS location, that’s all Ruby Tuesdays). I ordered water and went out to get my own bottle because the mug my water came in was brown. My husband’s mug had mold in it (either that or leftover coke, but either way unacceptable for a glass of water). The steak was very flavorless. I think this is the first time my dad didn’t take leftovers home. There weren’t enough labels on the salad bar so I had no idea what was in each container, including several of the dressings. I am not going to write in for the owner to make it right (so please don’t offer that). I only ask that it be cleaned up for future patrons. I read reviews after I ate there and saw several recently that talked about cleanliness. If those had been taken seriously, I would have had a better experience today."

"EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! You will not be disappointed. With hardly any places to go and enjoy a good meal, The Cecil has really catered to the ppl!!! Extremely nice staff. The Cecil gave me great food, excellent drinks, and awesome entertainment! Oh and to top it off my significant other and I were very warm! I took my coat off! I hope this helps someone!"

"I was totally amazed by the food service at this point. Our food was fresh and prepared for our taste. The salad bar was one of the cleanest and freshest I've ever seen. I generally avoid salad bars because of the disorder and uneven quality of the articles, but Ruby Tuesday does so WELL! Our waitress, Corie, was friendly, friendly and attentive to our needs. The stand we were sitting on had to be resumed, but had no influence on the overall atmosphere."

"This was the worst experience I have ever had. Basically a bait and switch. The pictures all look absolutely phenomenal so we ordered a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza for delivery through door dash. What we got was a plain cheese pizza that looked like garbage. I would never eat here ever again and do not recommend to anyone. Thankfully door dash was able to refund my money for the pizza but the fact the delivery took well over an hour to an hour and a half also made me wish I could get my tip back too. Shame on this place."
