"I ordered pho about 6 weeks ago online and the only option was to order via doordash. It was around 6:40pm and ETA for pick up was 2 hours. As I was waiting for my food I decided to doublecheck the business hours. The restaurant closed at 8pm that day. I called and called but was not able to get through. I finally went to the restaurant around 730/745pm and waited in the pickup line. I kept checking for updates and it still showed that my order would not be ready until after 8:30pm. When I got to the front of the line they told me my food was ready and handed it to me. As I was leaving, I received a text and email saying my food was ready for pickup. I let that go because they were busy. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed when I finally took a bite. The chicken in the pho was really really dry and tasted like it was several days old. I tried to look past that because it was late and I was hungry but ultimately had to throw out all the chicken because it was not edible at all. I know beef pho is the most popular but that should not mean the chicken should be inedible. The rest of the pho was just okay. I had previously eaten here a couple of times before the pandemic but I will not be returning."
