"Was the KC area and stopped at IKEA in the morning. Checked Google to see what was nearby and found this. The reviews looked pretty good, but they really hoped for DimSum, but they do arent DimSum now. We tried anyway. Small dining room was occupied with the typical lunch crowd order from their lunch menu. Looks decent, but we chose the Chinese menu. We ordered steamed dumplings, Mapo tofu, Chinese broccoli in oyster sauce, beef chow fun and cooked fish in hot brook. Everything was good, but some dishes lacked in the taste profile I expected. The steamed storms were good. Very typical of Chinese steamed dumplings you can almost everywhere. The diving sauce was good and I added chilli oil to push it up. The Chowfun was good and was cooked well. It was just a baptism of the taste I was used. The gailan chinese broccoli in oyster sauce was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The Mapo Tofu was really good, but I would have preferred more Mala-Aroma. The boiled fish in the hot broth was really good. The broth remembered hot and sauce soup and the fish was cooked and well prepared. I added some chili oil and some vinegar to get an acid in the broth. Well-kept mustard green would have made this court even better. Overall was a good culinary experience. I'll try again if they have DimSum."
