"Former employee 07' to 10'. I see a couple opportunities. I was handed my hot food while the young lady went to make my salad. This allowed the food to cool off at a higher rate. Also, on your busiest day of the year (if Feb.14th is still the case? , you could train all employees how to answer the phones and put someone on hold. I called earlier in the day to avoid the clog, but the staff seemed stressed by its constant ringing and several employees just walked past the phone. There were plenty of toppings on the pizza cheese on the breadsticks! The Creamy garlic dressing was a dream per usual! I love their food at Werk Haus!"
