"Always love Chick-fil-A. Don't come often in Michigan, but I happen to be in Mississippi for a few weeks and they still do what they know for except chicken. Exceptional customer service. Drive through orders they go to you and process your entire order. After the order is completed when they are ready, they will pass it to you at the window or go to your vehicle in a meal carrier. They do this in Mississippi in the radiant sun. On a good day at this time of year, the depths are 88 degrees, with the humidity of a shower room. A lot of appreciation for the employees who stay outside in the heat, so I can grab a salad and some nuggets."

"My family and i love chickfile anywhere, any city any state. We found them first in Florida, we are in MASSACHUSETTS and still love our chickfile. Customer service is great. The manager is so humble he serves and i see him clean tables sometimes. Everyone is friendly- the chickfile culture. Fries are great 98% of tge time. Ive had cold fries or something missing from my order but otherwise love it here. Chickfile source, is the best in my opinion with fries and grilled chicken nuggets. I used to like the fried nuggets but it seems a bit too salty for my liking so we go with the grilled nuggets and its delicious! I highly recommend here. Kids area is open for play. It was closed due to covid but open now...yaaay! For the kids."

"Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I have a toddler and a baby in a car seat and they always go beyond and beyond to help me. My toddler loves the play area and it's always nice and cool in it. All events and actions are so generous and keep me back. This location definitely exceeds my expectations for a fast food restaurant."

"I love the atmosphere. The food is delicious. Chick-fil-A serve a variety of everything. They serve fresh and hot food along with great, friendly, helpful employees/customer service. I highly recommend this place because it’s kid friendly with a play ground that’s built on the inside. My kids absolutely love this place and in Morgan County this is the ONLY KID FRIENDLY PLAY ARE!! And this is an ideal place to bring your children. Their restaurant is always clean and even their restrooms are kept clean unlike most fast food restaurants in the same area. And that alone is a plus in my book. If you haven’t visited Chick-Fil-A You should if you’re looking for great hot food served, kid friendly environment, great menu choices for adults and children and REASONABLE PRICES, fast and friendly customer service that have come to our tables to check on us and to see if we needed a refil or anything else. "Somehow it ran out of baby diapers, Chick-fil-A turns out to sit the day and gave me a diaper to use for my son. In any case, life made better for him. He could play and we could both stay. Also, first location to allow me not to do cheese on the chicken pack. Great experience, will return."

"This is an excellent chickfila, I used to work for Chickfila (not this location) and I know how VERY DIFFICULT it is to keep the line moving and to keep everyone happy and simultaneously produce the freshest food, and the employees at this location are perfect examples of this model!! "Chick-fil-A has delicious, fresh, high quality food and amazing service. Their driving lines are out of hand, but that's all. I had a problem last week where they somehow managed to lose my drive thru order, so they sent me forward where a very apologetic, pleasant young lady came out to get my order back. She came back relatively quickly with my order and threw a little extra into which she was incredibly sweet. I understand that these things have to happen in such a busy place. Since my son seems addicted, we are quite regular for the ride thru or kurbside pick up (my favorite) when offered."

"Ordered the southwest salad at the bottom of the salad there was a chunk of lettuce or something else green that was frozen and moldy. I have worked with food before. I know what bad food is and they were adamant that it was not mold but I can showpictures of what it looked like. Definitely won?t be eating there again, not so much for the bad salad but the service about thebad salad and that I was flat wrong"

"Its always busy and a happening place. At is definitely my go to for a quick chicken sandwich. It never disappoints. The stuff are friendly and willing to accommodate any special requests. "I went to the Oxford Commons location. As always friendly staff! I got the Chicken sand. Combo. My waffle fries were hot and tasty! My chicken sandwich on the other hand tasted like it had been cooked for a while! Sorry to say but it was the worst one I've ever had! Most times my fries aren't fresh as could be but not my Beloved Chicken Sandwich!! ? I also tried the Peppermint Shake, it was good but no where near my wonderful Peach shake!!! Wish those were on the menu all the time! Now I have heartburn ? ?"

"I ordered lunch from their app. It was delivered to the wrong place and when the lady who received my order called me, she was nice enough to bring it to me. I looked in the bag and neither of my sandwiches were in there only 2 fries. I called therestaurant and told them that the order was delivered to the wrong place and that I didn't receive my sandwiches. They sent thedriver back out and he delivered it to the wrong address again. By the time I received my sandwiches the fries were cold andunbeatable."
