"everything was amazing (service, ambiente, terrace, eating) and for a great date night for my man and I (we are both vegetarian.) ordered the carrots to begin, followed by the cacio e pepe pasta. the appetizers and cauliflowers were vegan and the homemade pasta was so delicate and well-flamed by the sun-dried tomatoes and rapini that it would have been unbelievably without the cheese. the cauliflower steak was the best I ever had crispy and tender at the same time! Moreover, I have really appreciated their kovidvorsorgen: several exteriors that are well hidden, all server wearing masks, and there is a bottle of handsanitary on each table. Since there are many more vegetarian options than we ordered (a rare fund), will soon be dinner again. would give 5 stars if I could, but I know that is reserved for full-vegan places."

"Bartender...What a nice guy, he was attentive, informative, and made my drink perfect...Yay! Food my french toast was delish and my bacon was thick, savory and cooked fried not too hard but with a slight crisp! My waitress took my food away (wayyyy too early, I had an entire French toast left and a piece of bacon). I almost killed my friend who didn't stop the waitress! My food was so good, there was no sucking that up...lol...I wanted my last piece of bacon...hahaha...But, no big deal, the manager came over and apologized and replaced the food! What a pleasure! Can't wait to go back! Sorry no pic, I was starving and my food looked so good, I dived right in..."

"Overall, the food was good. Service was fine. The one nitpick that I have is with regard to taking food home. We could not eat the entire meal and asked to have it packed to go. The waiter brought us to-go containers. I think restaurants should pack your food to go for you. We were seated at a very small table, with large plates, and that left little room to set the to-go containers. As my husband placed his good in the container, it fell off of the table. The response from the wait staff was basically “it happens.” The way this was handled lowers our overall experience with the restaurant."

"We went to this spot a few times when it originally opened it, and it was a one-of-a-kind joint with mouth-watering selections for any omnivore.First time under the new ownership was not great. The food was still really good, but we waited an hour and fifteen minutes for it, then my wife's entree showed up, followed a few minutes later by our appetizer. 10 more minutes go by. Only after finding our server and asking if/when my dinner would arrive, did it finally show. Meanwhile, the folks at the next table sat down after us, ordered before us, got their food WAY before us, and left as I was starting to eat. After asking for the check, and receiving it, 15 minutes went by before I had to go find the server again.This was NOT a busy night. We might give it another go, but another experience like that and we're out. Good luck!"

"Had a great culinary experience on the Blue Plate at the end of March. Beautiful atmosphere (make sure to visit the cozy bar on the ground floor), pleasant and friendly service and exceptional food. Very pleasant environment, beautiful decor and not so easy, dinner conversation. I had the trout fillets and they were cooked for perfection with a beautiful bright lemon butter sauce. Make sure to save space for dessert, especially the hot Fudge Sundae with the best hot fudge sauce you will ever have."

"Very interesting place right next bowling alley visible from the Kipling heading north however not visible from north till passed the Kentucky st which is where the entrance located.The lunch specials are good way to try out.Tried Denver best chicken with Jollof rice .The Jollof rice has good favor, and chicken favor wasn 't bad.However, both the chicken and rice was very dry on the outside and felt like they were left in the air for quite some time.The beef samosa has crisp and right textures, beef seasoning was a bit gaming. Best with the sauce. Otherwise, a bit gammy.Parking: Parking in front is limited, there 's a big parking lot next door, but I 'm not sure if it 's limited to the bowling alley.Wheelchair accessibility: Did not saw access switch"

"I want to give this place six stars. I never want it to close. It's a dive essentially but one that oozes authenticity. The staff is friendly, the prices are very affordable for dimes square, and the crowd is very cool. I've had incredible service here compared to some nearby places. It is an easy place to bring a few friends, grab some beers, and dish about your day while feeling totally relaxed and at home. Definitely leans more towards an art/skate/fashion/music crowd"

"My wife and I have enjoyed every meal we've had here about 6 visits so far. The classical music adds to the atmosphere. There is a good variety of dishes offered and they arrive in generous portions. Their hummus is truly a velvety experience along with fresh pita bread. Today we tried their lamb shanks and this must be the best we've ever had, even in Europe! Fall off the bone good, and much larger portion than pretentious restaurants. "I ordered the lunch combo, which was the steak and shrimp, with pasta and callaloo. And a wheat spinach pastry. And some of their juices. Food was pretty bland, except the beef and pasta, they had a little seasoning. The shrimp, was a no go for me, the texture was rubbery, and lacked flavor. The spinach pastry tasted a day old, but the juices were amazing!! Maybe it was an off day, I may try them again in the future."

"From the very beginning when we met Ghaith and Kelly, we loved their warmth, passion, and dedication to what they do. And then we tasted the food and wow, absolutely everything was delicious!! They were just wonderful to work with catering our daughter's Bat Mitzvah and creating a beautiful event from start to finish. "I was in the area and I found this restaurant off a Google search and the pictures of the food convinced me to make a stop. It's a small clean restaurant in a small plaza off the main road (easy to pass they are only doing takeout for now. Menu was pretty simple and easy to understand, I end up ordering the tikka kebab with the garden salad and rice. I couldn't wait to get home and eat, I sit in my car and ate. The food was fresh and the temperature was hot. The chicken was tender, juicy and flavorful, the best I've ever tasted, the Garden salad was fresh, the spring mix did not taste stale or watered down. My meal came with two sauces a white and green sauce which I didn't like but the white sauce probably a cucumber sauce which was amazing I needed more of it : I'm not sure of the women name at the front counter, she is the most sweetest woman ever, her whole demeanor was great and she gave me two additional sauces at no additional charge. I will be back to try their lamb chops and chickpea dishes."
