"I’m conflicted. I work in the area so I eat here probably once a week. The food is really good but the main cashier is SO rude every time I go in. Doesn’t say a single word throughout the entire interaction. She literally won’t even look at me, just punches in my order and swivels the iPad for a tip and puts the food on the counter. I always try to be polite at restaurants because I worked in one like this for 4 years, but this employee’s open contempt makes me feel guilty just for ordering food here. My coworkers have experienced similar poor service from this same cashier. If it wasn’t for the chicken panini (and the other much kinder employees), I would never go back."
