"Easily top 5 favorite every day type of restaurant. The BEST cochinita pibil if you you’ve never had this dish, do yourself a solid and try. It has every flavor profile and if you can’t handle spicy, the habanero sauce is always by request, on the side, because it’s that potent! (I always order without) They have fresh and tasty salsa and chips, margs are good but could be a little stronger for the size good variety and very refreshing and tasty. The staff and service whether it’s dine in or pick up has always been friendly and prompt."

"We were hungry after a show and couldn't find much serving food at a late hour. We stumbled into Jefferson Tap and WOW! After 11pm and terrific food! Really really good. Most people on a Friday night were young and drinking — it was loud with music and happy people. But the staff was friendly and took good care of us. I look forward to going back again!"

"We were there for our anniversary. The food was good, not great.We started off with the House Margaritas. My wife ordered hers with salt and it was put on so thick that it was actually in the liquid it tasted like you were drinking salt water. We sent it back and got one without salt. The one without salt was fine.I had the Filet and it was very good. The filet was sliced thin and there really wasn't much meat, but the rest of the plate was tasty. wife had the salmon totonaca with mango. The salmon was very overcookeddry. The mango sauce was very thick like a jelly. That plate was not so good. service was good and the owner was very nice.Not sure if we'll go back at these prices"
