"came from philly to bring our son to dinner in his lower eastern quarter with our daughter. I found this as a trendy restaurant near so booked it on opentable. it said it had a living dj and haitian food, so I thought it was funny and different. the place was quite small and the noise level of the music was ridiculously loud to dinner. it was better suited for a club. there was a party of women who were drunk and very loud and had a much better time than we had. we came there at 20 o'clock and got no appetizers, only drinks (my men were not originally coming, he had to ask for them again) and didn't get our food served until near 9 o'clock, which was not great. my 19-year-old daughter loved the menu or you did not eat and was unhappy all the time. my son liked the pork he got, but said the place was “not his vibe” I understood. my man also got the smell that he liked and I got the laugh that didn't taste fresh at all to be me. the side of rice and plantains was good. the price of the food was reasonable and it was generally quite good, but overall I could not recommend this place."
