"The daughter took me here for Father's Day Brunch, chips always on point never greasy never cold salsa ever fresh and tasty not too spicy. I had Chilaquiles, my daughter had pancakes, eggs bacon. my was great as always only comments Tortillas could have been a little on the middle side, instead of soggy, but still tasty, daughter was all good out of bacon seemed as if it crispy otherwise we love it food, We will be back ...."

"One of my favorite Mexican restaurant. BUT I changed my mind because of slow service and it's not even packed and by ignoring is for so long. My fried fish arrived but no sauce for it so I asked for garlic butter sauce after another 10 mins of waiting for servers who pretty much avoided making eye contact with any of us and just walking by us rushing and avoiding. So they finally gave me pieces of butter but not garlic butter sauce. I just ended up taking my food home. I will stick to Cantaritos since it's closer to us, food and drinks are really good and ATTENTIVE to customers."

"they might get some dinge vegan here, but they would never be safe. I think the disappointing classic gauc waa vegan. Otherwise, they forget to find out if rice, be drilling, hot chocolate, etc. are vegan. for non-vegans, eat expensive and moderate. the employees have asked us for a warmer place and a high chair for the baby in the empty restaurant. they sat at the window/door and forgot the high chair. I dare say we should have gone to chipotle."

"I have been living in California for 18 years, with my husband on weekends we go to different areas and Los Altos is one of my favorites. We had lunch and stayed for coffee. Yesterday we tried this colorful place: The interior is very warm, there is order, the guys from the staff are very attentive and professional. I ordered chips and salsa and two salads and we sat outside on the wide terrace on the street to wait for the order, when I went to get it, what a pleasant surprise: the salads are huge, also delicious. It has many tables with umbrellas, the wifi is powerful and reaches well outside, by the way the key is Burritos =D the atmosphere was calm and the service was fast. It opens at 9:30 a.m. every day and from Sunday to Wednesday it closes at 8:00 a.m. Thursday to Saturday it closes at 8:30 p.m. Surely on my next visit to Los Altos I will return to this place. I highly recommend it. Update: Today we went for the second time for another great lunch with my husband, there were quite a few people in the line before me, finally a very nice guy took my order Lulu chopped Salad al Pastor and Beef Taquitos he told me that it would be ready in 10 minutes. As it was a short time I stayed inside the place and noticed that he took orders by phone too and they accumulated until there were so many that the delivery of our lunch took almost 40 minutes. It's a shame because the food is very tasty."

"Kinda disappointed as Quesadilla are my favorite. I order two of them although these weren't for me. They were for a friend that works as a chief in a private school(keep that in mind) and wanted a Quesadilla. Since this is a Mexican restaurant, I suspected that no problem would arise. Apparently the Quesadilla was bad. The only part was the meat but everything else was bad. The lettuce looked old and the tortilla apparently gone bad. Note again that the person I've given it was a cooker so he would probably know if something has gone bad. Really regret ordering here..."

"I've ate tacos de suadero from this location 2 times and I was very satisfied both times. One of the best tacos de suadero I've had in NY. First time was take out the second time we ate inside. There was an unpleasant smell inside because they were fixing the bathroom I think. The floor at the back was also wet the tables were occupied when we tried to get another table but I still enjoyed the delicious tacos. I loved their red salsa, it is very spicy so be careful. I will be going soon again and hopefully this time we'll have a better experience inside. I still recommend so far."

Minor improvements needed such as a new POS system and better communication with Delivery Companies like Postmates. One downside though us the chips I had were stale. "we made a reservation for 7:30 on Friday night. the restaurant is quite small and when we went to the house, it was extremely loud. we told the host, we had a reservation and he went on the back to clean a table for 2 (without looking at a computer or a list to confirm our name). there were two empty tables in the front, so we asked if we could sit there. they said these tables were for reservations. I told him I had a reservation and they still said we couldn't sit there. they then brought us to the back of the restaurant to our table, which literally lay opposite the bathroom and directly in front of the kitchen. you could smell piniensole and other cleaning supplies from the table. the table was so far behind that the whole vibe was different from the rest of the restaurant. we asked if we could sit in the front (one more time) because we didn't want to sit in front of the bathroom and they offered us a place at the bar. mesa azteca should really understand that when people take the time to make a reservation for a special occasion and beautiful evening dinner, they are not sitting in the worst sitting throughout the restaurant and if they have not space to accommodate all their parachutes with an acceptable experience, then do not offer a certain capacity. the table in which they wanted to put us should be stored for a walk in customers or for no one if they really want their patrons to return. after the third attempt to move our places, we went out of the restaurant. meza azteca lost customers who made reservations that appeared on the time, and nicely asked to sit to save all the other tables for reservations that did not even appear (they were not there at the time when we arrived). I will never return and I recommend that other diners specify the seat settings when booking."

"Average food. Consistently weird service. Once we got served something more than we ordered ordered an ala carte of something and they brought the plate. Didn't know this till we saw the large bill. Waiter lectured us for a long time about how we should raise this issue before eating. I told him we had no way to know it was not what we ordered, but he just kept lecturing!"
