"The food was very authentic! Rise and beans that accompany the plates were definitely home made! The portions were just right and the freshness of the food was incredible, food came out in a timely manner. Lots to pick out from the bakery side. Only thing that could use improvement is customer service. The waiter was super friendly and very professional but did lag a bit on checking up to see if we needed anything. Other than that highly recommend it! This is us authentic as it's going to get! Good for crowds and kids! P.s avoid sitting by the door in the back dinning area and dining are could use some vacuuming"

"I tried a lot of hot balls from Vons, Ralphs and other shops. No one beats SLR. THey has nuts and are sweet. Only a little expensive at 50c each. I'm from Australia and it reminds me of home in Easter. Her muffins were always good and I've eaten there since 1996, not the restaurant."
