"This was our first and likely last visit. It all started well but quickly went down hill we were greeted and seated promptly drinks and fresh bread sticks quickly . Then we asked for a minute to look at the menu and told waiter it was our first visit .Once we had our minds made up, laid menus on the front corner of our table. Waiter came past us to seat another table went toget their drinks . Walked past us again to the other tables delivered their drinks and took their order . On his way back pastus he grabbed our menus off the table never even slowed down to ask anything let alone to take our orders. Waited another 15 ormore minutes then I got up and asked the bar tender to get our waiter . He walks past us yet again to the other table thenignored me when I tried to get his attention. At this point we walked out extremely disappointed and dissatisfied."

"Management and Owner is very rude and disrespectful. I ask for light sauce on my pizza but it was too light . We have never had this problem in the pastI call back to explain to the manager he began yelling and was very unprofessional. The Owner was rude as well when we tried to explain Genos will never get my business on Ridgefield Parkway"

"The waiting staff is always friendly and takes suggestions regarding food preparation. I was greeted with my favorite Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Pint and a glass of water. I was asked how everything was, the burger has met my expectation, and I answered yes. Check the menu for the Arlington Burger, it is my favorite."
