"We regularly visit Firebirds at this location. We usually go during the week when it's not too crowded. The staff is very attentive, the prices are not outrageous, and the food quality is great! Definitely recommend."

"Celebrated my 50th birthday. Reservation was at 6p, everyone arrived about 6:20 No one had come to the table not even to greet us the entire time. One of my girlfriends went and asked if we could get a server that wasn't until 6:46p. Moments later someone said they getting someone and around 6:55p Curtis finally walked up and asked what we wanted to drink. No apology nothing it wasn't his fault and he ended up being a great server... So one of my girlfriends said can we get your manager? We've waited all this time and NO ONE has come over. He replied no one told him it was his table. The manger NEVER came over instead Curtis offered us free appetizers. We accepted of course but there was NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Also ordered a medium well ribeye and it was served more like medium rare. Had to send it back. Very disappointed to say the least. It was a Tuesday evening no large crowd etc. Just disappointing for my 50th celebration."
