I usually get a skillet every one I've tried comes out piping hot and packed with flavor and a freshly squeezed orange juice. Unlike many other places, their orange juice is actually real freshly squeezed juice! Service is lightning fast, even when the place is packed."

"Great food, great memories!. Shield's was a frequent stop for my family. We'd stop in once or twice a month on our own, and more frequently when family visited from out of state. Love the food and the quality of staff. Whenever I'm in Michigan, I always have to stop at Shield's. <br/ <br/ Love going there even more as an adult. I can order whatever I want now, instead of picking off what I didn't want from the supreme my parents always ordered. I'm picky though. Personal recommendation is the barbecue chicken pizza. One of the best I've ever eaten!"
