"Good food, but questionable customer service. I ordered an ice cream coffee, server asked if I refused vanilla and I. We were accused of additional costs for vanilla anyway, and the cashier seemed not satisfied with changing it. What was changed to $4... when we came back, they seemed even less happy to change that. It's a trivial amount of money, but it's the principle. Good and fair customer service would make it right without trouble or attitude. Edit: not sure how to react to the owner's response below. This happened today at 11:30 am at the San Mateo site, and we have dived. Take the offer, but don't worry about the ice cream, we won't return. Just make sure your workers have a good morality."

"We received a wonderful welcome from Victor, even though we arrived a bit late for our reservation. He was incredibly friendly and made us feel like regulars. He seemed genuinely pleased that we chose his restaurant for breakfast. The Valentine's Day decorations added a lovely touch, and despite the rainy weather, we felt cheerful. We particularly enjoyed the adorable Minnie and Mickey Mouse decorations in the front windows. We were seated right away and offered coffee, which was fresh and delicious—so much that my husband and I each had three cups! Our server, Cesar, was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. The menu was extensive. My husband ordered pancakes with a side of bacon. The three pancakes were large and fluffy, and the bacon was crispy and flavorful. His meal included orange juice and coffee. I opted for the Super Healthy Breakfast Wrap, which came with turkey bacon, tomatoes, avocado, Swiss cheese, and spinach wrapped in whole wheat. It was heavenly—who knew healthy food could taste this good? We were thrilled with our breakfast experience and highly recommend Grand Canyon!"

"This was one of the worst dining experiences we've had in Oregon! The prime rib was not good at all. The halibut tasted frozen and had no flavor. The only good thing was the baked potato. The service was unreliable and inconsistent. This place is more like a dive bar with questionable "food"."

"Overall, it’s a fantastic place. The food was generously portioned and well-seasoned, with a wide variety of options available. The waitstaff was very friendly, although they seemed a bit understaffed. The decor was lovely, especially for Valentine’s Day. Our food arrived in a timely manner, but I found the prices to be on the high side. We paid $18 for a shrimp basket and $17 for a buffalo chicken salad. I hope the pricing improves, but overall, it’s a great spot."

"The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I especially enjoyed the Strawberry Cheesecake. However, there was some confusion with our server. A young man initially helped us by seating us and taking our order, but later on a young woman took over. When we needed something, the first server would just point to the second server. This caused some issues with the service as neither checked on us frequently."

"I ordered a turkey, mushroom, and mozzarella omelette, and placed my order at 9:07 AM. It was delivered at 9:30 AM, and I must say, the taste was fantastic. Given the terrible weather, I expected the restaurant to call and cancel my order, but they didn’t. I saw the delivery guy biking here and felt really bad for him, as it was rainy and windy. I appreciated his effort so much that I tipped him 20%; I wish I could have given more. The omelette was excellent, and even though I'm not usually a fan of potatoes, I think I’ll give them a try next time. Overall, great job! I’ll definitely be ordering again soon."

"This has become my husband and my go to place for a quick, delicious breakfast. I usually get a skillet every one I've tried comes out piping hot and packed with flavor and a freshly squeezed orange juice. Unlike many other places, their orange juice is actually real freshly squeezed juice! Service is lightning fast, even when the place is packed."
