"A Denver staple not to be missed! Always great food, big portions, and amazing staff. This place gets busy, especially on the weekends, so plan on a wait. The wait will be worth it, and the staff works hard to keep things moving quickly, so your wait is never that long, in all the years we've been going the longest we waited was maybe 20-30 minutes. While everyone has their favorites, I'd recommend the breakfast burritos, and when in Colorado smother, everything is spicy green chili. I'd also like to thank our server, Mikey, from our last visit. He was efficient, helpful, and had an amazing attitude! In a world where it's even hard to find servers to work, Sam's No. 3 got lucky enough to have a Mikey."
