"Parking lot closed for paving…but open for dine in. The VARSITY’s “standard” would normally override the inconvenience. HOWEVER, from the least enthusiastic “whadda you have?” from Kenia who is a most diminutive beautiful young woman false eyelashes and all—I believe with a beautiful spirit was apparently bored and lacked any customer service quality and investment. BUT THE FOOD?!!!! So terrible:: can you imagine extremely dry onion rings and French fries from any Varsity?? Not I! But rubbery rings and stale-oil tasting dry fries. The hot dog was adequately chain-quality. Chili burger completely inedible but loaded with pickle slices supposedly to cover up the frozen “ impossible burger” taste and density. Again, the inconvenience of parking lot played no part in the lack of quality and flavor served to my hubby and me. The Varsity of Gwinnett County Norcross has definitely lost this customer. Very disappointing!"

"? so disappointed in my food! Ordered the catfish plate. Fish were the size of chicken tenders. The fry batter was decent but the fish was dry. The one hush puppy was burnt and over soaked with fishy tasting oil. The fries were obviously fresh fried but tasted old!?! The potato was dry/freezer burn tasting. I came here once before over a year ago and had a good experience with wings. I think maybe they changed ownership"
