"I ate at the Oryz Café for the first time a week ago, and will be going again and again and again. The staff is very nice, the food is great, prices are very reasonable, and they don't skimp on the portions. I had the Denver Omelet with Home Fries and a side of Biscuits Gravy. I was able to eat about half of my meal and took the rest home for another meal. I would give the Oryz Café 10 stars, but it only allows 5. Oryz is at the top of the list for my favorite place to eat. Try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed!"

"I've passed by this diner for years and never stopped. I'm so happy my dear friends suggested this spot for our meet up. Diners always have the best food and menus. We arrived a little after opening, so we invited to seat ourselves. I ordered thebreakfast sandwich with eggs, sausage and pepper jack cheese on a brioche bun. The sandwich meal is served with hashbrowns. Themeal was hot, tasty and large. I thought I was eating a burger. Our waiter was the best and quite attentive, so the service waspleasant. I've got plans to return for lunch and dinner."

"This place is absolutely amazing. I was here a good number of times and the place consistently over appearances. The food is great and very fast. The menu is also very large, which you could assume might cause problems with speed and quality - but it does not. You also have a small Koi fish pond outside, which is nice to sit and take photos. I think every city has a small local burger place and this is certainly it for La Puente. It's great!"

"This is a great small hometown cafe where they try to know your name and get to know it quickly. When I go there, I will always be greeted and quickly sitting. My order is accepted and the food arrives quickly and is always perfect! The place is decorated with recovered wood for the tables and decorate the sides of the cabinets and on the walls. It is perfectly clean and smells amazing! They take suggestions good and act them quickly! A few weeks ago I proposed longer straws for the larger glasses, so that the straws do not fall under the surface of the customer's drinks, they heard. Next time I entered, they had longer straws! The Benbrook café has everything I could ever ask in a café... the burgers are great, like the chicken roasted chicken and steaks. Meat is like my mother and takes me back in time. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner and look forward to seeing you when you have breakfast for dinner or lunch or dinner for breakfast all with a smile! If you like traditional breakfast, this is definitely for you! This is my weekend Go To place, whether it's just me, I plus one, or with a larger group of friends. You can accommodate almost any size group I have ever picked up and are very fast to assemble tables that meet your group needs! My eggs are always perfect and the omelets are second to NONE! My request for engraving on TOP of my chicken roasted chicken is respected, and even I have days that I just want to do what I want, they do their best... also with a smile! For Desserts, they offer a rotating selection of decadent treats, the rivals of every 5 star hotel I've ever been! The desserts look fantastic and taste like the sky here on earth!!! I put my orders early for the holiday and my guests always rave over the deserts... So if you want to eat that makes you happy at an affordable price, with people who really appreciate your business and treat you well, and a place that is easy to get and makes you WANT, then the Benbrook Cafe is your place! "One star down for the following; I called to place an order they picked up the phone and was immediately placed on hold without hello or afternoon or anything. After 5 minutes on hold, I hang up drove over to the place, walked inside have been standing here for almost 45 minutes. Two people came in after me received there orders (it’s possible that they ordered online) nevertheless I was quoted 25 minutes. I did come back in about 5 mins after I ordered used the “check in” free order of garlic knots, nevertheless I’m not so sure that needs to require an additional 25-30 minutes on top of almost the 20minutes I’ve been waiting. ... I just asked 3 people ordered when I put my garlic knots order in. That’s ok. I’d gladly wait or even cancel the order so it doesn’t inconvenience anyone, especially me. Allegedly the pizza the zeppoles have been ready are sitting in the back. Most important thing; communication. I probably still would have waited. So that clears up that part of the order. I’m really hoping for some solid, tasty delicious pizza that I’ve been craving. Fingers crossed. ... Waiting to get home to finish this review. ... Since starting this review I ate the pizza. I have to say that it was pretty damn delicious. Fresh garlic all over. Cheese on the whole thing mushrooms onions on only half of it. the cheese was slightly burned on half perfectly white the way I like it on the other half. Kinda strange. The crust/dough of the pie was exceptional. I actually wish they would have cut the pie in regular slices, however it was nice to have it sliced in squares. That’s a personal thing. Lol. ... the garlic knots were worth the wait however it was not worth my zeppoles dried out, stale tasting, the powdered sugar was completely absorbed into the zeppoles itself. If I was truly judging everything else in my order, this would have brought the review down to 3 stars. Since I’m really focused on the pizza, I’m going to leave this out. Again communication could have corrected all of this. They could have said no to the knots, told me if I did have them they everything might be cold, or simply drop another order of zeppoles before I left. I literally tossed almost the entire order in the garbage (I had to taste a few to see how they were regardless of how they looked). ... all in all, the pizza was tasty. I was happy with that. It would be worth trying for anyone looking for some tasty pie. ... Have a great day!"

"Food is really good (mostly when you're hungover though) but the service is terrible. You have to explain your order multiple times because the people that work there really don't understand what you're trying to say to them. Definitely speak slowly. I also saw a cockroach while I was waiting for my food so I probably won't be back. Very sad that there are restaurants like this that have decent food but everything else is completely terrible."

"I've been eating at Norm's Famous Charbroiled Burgers since I was a kid, and it's still my go-to spot for a fantastic meal. "Cozy and quaint like eating with Aunt Bee in Mayberry. Had Sunday breakfast with the best Eggs Benedict in Vero. Wife had a homemade giant biscuit with her tasty omelet. Waited 45 minutes at an upscale joint on 14th Ave, waited no more than 15m at KK with a bigger crowd. This place and Macs Fillin Station, also on Dixie Hwy are great local joints."
