"had a 7:15 reservation at a Wednesday night. armed on time to a lobby full of people. was placed around 7:35 clock so that at least some of the in the lobby must have been walkable. there was a confusion (can be trained? on the hostess table, as there were 3-4 people staring on the monitor and not many people sitting. when we came to our table, we were immediately greeted by our server and placed a drink order. drinks arrived at 8:00 a.m., which set the ton for the evening (I will not list all cases of unusual delays. it is nice to see that they are very busy, but it felt like the restaurant was underoccupied. if this is the case, they should not keep the whole restaurant full and in any case it should be some backup server support such as dizzy (preferably manager check in and help address immediate needs. it was obvious that other server try for those who were not available but it was inadequate. the food was good, but the rest of the experience was underwhelming. I would be surprised if there is so much to do if there is no better logistic service plan."

"If you are in the mood for Diner tariff, this is the best place to go. The staff always smiles, they remember who you are, and they sweat with you. The food can be a bit at the upper end for a diner, but the quality is excellent. Very recommend their Mozzarella sticks, chocolate chip pancakes and Omelettes. Shakes and Fries are also a good choice!"

"One of the benefits of so many children is that I eat what they do not end. My family and I stayed by and everyone ordered something else. I ordered 5/7 plates, including my own and they were all fantastic. Pizza, Calzone, Gyros, Pasta, Burger and Fajitas. Stuffed is an understatement as I left. The portions were huge and the prices were fair, not to mention the staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. This place is a little wonder hidden in eastern Massachusetts."

"Horrible. I ordered the potato skins. I basically paid 12 for 2.5 potatoes. There was little to zero cheese on them. Minimal bacon, and scattered green onions. I have never been so disappointed. I also the the chicken and rice soup. It was so salty I could barely choke it down. Apparently to make the food editable the have to salt it to point thats all you can taste. Sadly I won't be going back"

"Today, I went to the restaurant … to order for take-out 2 corn beef sandwiches with Matzo ball soup. I specified I wanted noodles with the soup. The girl at the front desk could not even find corned beef sandwiches on her electronic tablet — had to find somebody (a server) to show her. I emphasized a second time that the soup was to have noodles added. I was assured a second time that it was in my order. While I waited 20 minutes … at 3:00 in the afternoon …. I asked the girl at the front desk to make sure that the soup would have noodles added. For the THIRD time I was assured again. When I got home and unpacked everything. .. no noodles added to either order of the soup. Whoever manages this restaurant needs to find some qualified help. To all those reading this review, you better check your take-out order before you leave the restaurant!"

"The chicken parmesan was horrible. The spaghetti noodles were the worst I have ever had.The sauce was even worse... like diced tomatoes just poured over the spaghetti with no seasoning. The bread sticks were hard and tough. Not an enjoyable meal to say the least. I think Zino's can do better!! Had pulled pork BBQ and brisket combo a few weeks earlier and that was good except the fat I got from the brisket. Will not get brisket again. I think Zino's can do much better."

"personally it’s a 10/10 would recommend trying this place out I love the food but I’ve only tried the pizza puff and the cheeseburger so I’m speaking on those two Items the cheeseburger 10/10 I don’t like cheeseburgers they’re too much for me but the photos on DoorDash made me curious so I ordered it, let me tell you its perfect it’s not under cooked and not overcooked it’s just perfect and it’s not greasy greasy I can taste everything on the sandwich which I love cause the meat isn’t overpowering the whole sandwich but if you’re a cheeseburger person who likes them meaty, greasy, and messy, cook out with you family style or whatever this sandwich might not be for you but you should try it out anyways it won’t hurt you also the pizza puff is perfect too I have no cons for this place so far"

"While staying at the Embassy Suits up the road I looking for a convenience store to pick up some contact solution. I figured I'd find something in walking distance so off I went! Well, I didn't luck out with that but I stumbled upon this awesome deli. I ordered a simple sandwich for dinner and it was perfect; exactly what I was looking for. The neatest part was that the staff thanked me by name as I left. Sure, they asked for it when I placed the order, but I was so enamored that they provided such sincere customer service. 10/10, so glad I stumbled on this shop on foot because I probably would have missed if I were driving."

"This was the best place to eat. I had a margarita pizza and a Cesar salad. The food tasted from the HIGHEST quality of service was absolutely wonderful the menu option is endless. My favorite was the Zesarsalat, which the owner personally makes. He used Asiago and Parmasean imported directly from Italy (and it is reflected in taste) and the dressing is homemade. I am very picky about my salad with too much or too little dressing and it had the PERFECT amount of dressing. My salad was not sour and the products were fresh. I would recommend and definitely go back! 10/10"

"Very friendly and very good food! In the season, I ordered the Stone Crab Claw dinner, which was a pound of claws, baked sweet potatoes and raccoon. My first time, the stone claws eat, but they were tenderly cooked and cracked perfectly to peel off the bowl. Had a **** Mary that was very tasty, but they use Clamato, so it is a different taste. Lime cake for the desert and was sooo good! Service was excellent. In any case, a must stop!"
