"(laughs) this place has a robotic kitchen and I don't know what kind of character that has for most people. they have to wonder if they think that a machine can make a job as human, at least for this type of work as good as possible. we have found the answer, is my wife and I have been here about five times now and we both really like it because the eating is delicious, affordable, and the atmosphere inside and outside is pleasant. there are no loud obnoxic music. we order in the rule the all mi or golden Greek salads. you order your meal over tablet computers located near the restaurant's entrance, I guess they are apple ipads. so you can adjust the salads with various ingredients infinitely and vary the amounts and types of salat dressing. because you order and pay the meal on the tablet, nobody gets the order or the scarf wrong. my wife and I order parallel, at the same time, on various tablets and pay with our individual credit cards because it is much faster than the serial input of the orders. the salads are very creative combinations of ingredients - definitiw a far cry of spinat, tomato, blue cheese crumbled to house. when they see in the back of the restaurant, they see a real man who works there. the people working in the restaurant were always very helpful and pleasant, especially when we first visited when we did not fully understand how the restaurant was operated."
