"Regrettably this is the lowest rating I have given out for any dine in experience.To start off this restaurant is 95% self service with the only exception being that they will bring the food to you. Which would be acceptable except that they ask for a tip prior to knowing that it is mostly self service. You will have to take the chips and salsa to your own table and will have to put away your plates when you are done eating.I was surprised with the quality of the tortilla chips that are on the house and that was the climax of my experience. It set my expectations much higher than what I was about to experience.The food , a Steak Torta -The food was ready in less than five minutes which was surprisingly quick. Upon arrival I quickly noticed that the bread to meat ratio was disappointing. After a few bites my taste buds were unamused. The meat was soft but lacked seasoning and salt. None of the other ingredients tasted in sync and I believe the fault lies with the bread. I wish I took a picture but the amount of bread to meat ratio was ridiculous, especially with a 13$ pretax) amount. This is not the correct bread type for a torta…. I believe changing the bread and actually toasting both sides of each piece would remedy most of the issues with this experience.The customer service was acceptable and our hostess was friendly."

"(Original review published 12/10/21) this place is somewhat expensive, but it was totally worth it because the quality was there. to today. I'm not sure how to justify it to charge 17 bucks for it (kees enchelada dinners, including bon and rice) but they come. that was pathetic. I am sympathetic about the problems of the supply chain and the inflation costs, but 17 dollars for 2 pages and a hit of a booger that should happen as a main course? you are better than that. I am so disappointed by you. Edit on 4/20/22: I thought I would splurge and spend the extra money for the overpriced but quality eating of this place tonight, but then I saw that they sell this slime from booger for 18.20$ on grubhub now (although on their website it is only 13.00 I still think the quality is good for that. I just want you to know that someone uses the prizes and uses brandups that I am still really disappointed by you."

"We ordered mostly paneer and chili paneer tacos and the portions were 1/2 as much compared to before. I called them and the manager Mani did tell me management had decided to tell them to cut down on portions and only do 4 ounces per tacos and previously they were doing a lot more. Again with the prices these tacos are over $4 and with 3 tacos you are not full because they are dramatically cost cutting. "The meat was way 2 thick, no flavor and it came with no Tom or lettuce unless u ask for it. This place is so cheap! Oh and 1 taco was 7.00 cus I added avocado, which I got 2 thin slices. Horrible place!!!"
