"You really have to have a taste for Tommy's to enjoy it. The tamale was okay. Fries good. It's in a strange area, but I felt safe. I don't know if it's like this all the time (because this location is open 24 hours), but you eat outside, standing up, on counters. I was okay with that, but it might not suit some people. It's definitely not fine dining or even close to it, no one's waiting on you, no chairs, etc. But the restroom was decently clean everything was available; lids, straws, napkins, self-service soda fountain.Kid-friendliness: I saw people with their kids there. It's just a fast food place so I don't see why it wouldn't be kid friendly. Kids tend to be picky but they can get a plain hot dog or hamburger or french fries."
