"Celebrated our anniversary and Bourbon Steak went above and beyond! Started with a card wishing us a happy anniversary and Complimentary champagne greeting then fries with delicious sauces. The staff were very friendly and professional. Food was outstanding! Bourbon Steak made our anniversary memorable!!"

I am relieved to say she was very pleased with the restaurant’s gluten-free options.I have been here several times and I have yet to be disappointed. "We have been coming to the Five and Ten well before they left the Five Points location. Excellent service and venue but honestly the food just isn’t what it used to be, and frankly not good. Comments in the pictures but in short the Caesar salad should have been called the cheese salad and the new Frogmore Stew was bland and not worthy of returning to the menu, the mussels and prawns were tasteless."

"I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I was looking forward to trying it out, but it was not worth the visit. Our drinks took a long time to arrive, and our food took even longer. It took 40 minutes for a salad and a chicken wrap to be served, and both dishes had tough and dry chicken. The host had unfriendly customer service, the waiter seemed confused and didn't know how to split checks, and the wait staff repeatedly brought entrees to our table that were not ours. Another customer had to yell to find out who the food belonged to. It was clear that the staff was struggling, and it seemed like the management team was not providing much support on a busy Saturday."

"Please read!!!!! I'm a longtime fan of your store have always thought a trip to Savannah is never complete without stopping for pralines. My parents brought me home a variety pack of your pralines/bear claws from their visit a few days ago, and a few of the treats have fuzzy white mold on them. We realized this after a bite was already taken out of one. None were past expiration or in open packages. Is there any way we could be refunded without being in store, as we live over 8 hours away? Really hoping you can right this wrong, even if a refund isn't possible."

"I love Novel. Your menus are all quirky and change. The location is picturesque and located in the intersection. The staff is friendly and attentive. Food and drinks are AMAZING. "Very nice experience especially at the price. Service was good, food was good. The duck was really well prepared and they served Fritten with Mayo, this is the first time that happened to me in Kalgary that I love! Who doesn't want to eat fries with Mayo?! In the Netherlands we don't even trust Pommes without Mayo.... 100 points. We had an extensive dinner with cocktails and a bottle of wine. We enjoyed it! Anyway, nice to go."

"So cute inside. The brunch we had was wonderful (smoked salmon eggs Benedict and the French toast). Service was just fine and we were not rushed out after we were done which is always nice. Bonus: they make good lattes Definitely would go again Went again: got the classic Benedict and it was great, avocado toast with a poached egg, and the Dutch pancake. Good to see the consistency of Juliette remains even post-pandemic"

"Brought a guest here for what was my second visit (initially recommended by a friend of a friend). Loved the vibe and the relaxed, casual atmosphere. We arrived just as it opened for brunch on Fri, 4 July For holiday—lucky us since brunch is normally only Sat/Sun. We both had the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Benedict. It was as wonderful and tasty as I remembered the first time I had it. There was an animated group of four seated right next to us, but sound level was fine. The restaurant was out of peach nectar and one other flavor as well, so we had raspberry mimosas instead, which I actually think I liked better. Server was a bit perfunctory in her service, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Very much looking forward to going back."

"Low key, no frills BEST little, historic cowboy bar, one pool table, TVs, music. Food is amazing (Rock burger, Reuben, even the fries are the best), not your typical 'bar food '. Staff is always smiling."
