"Spent Valentines dinner at this downtown Westminster delight and had a wonderful time. My wife and I have lived in Westminster for four years and have never tried Rafael’s and were wonderfully surprised.The restaurant was clean and well decorated. The tables provided plenty of room for the three of us and the tables were decorated nicely with tablecloths.For such a busy night the waitress was very attentive provided exceptional service.The food was delicious and for me one of the best deals in town. I recommend the prime rib!We will be back soon"

"We decided not to stay and eat at this restaurant, so we cannot comment on the food. It was located in a hotel lobby, where there were children in swimsuits running around. We were not aware from the OpenTable reservation that it was a hotel restaurant, and if we had known, we would not have traveled 30 minutes out of our way to eat there."

They hostess greeted us with a Happy Anniversary, as did the server, the people who delivered our food. Red roses were at our table and the dessert was comped! On top of that the food was GREAT! "the best experience in a fine restaurant. I had birthday on Monday. it was busy. the hostess was super friendly, they forced me on my outfit hair and decorated our table with confetti and a handwriting card. our waiter, frank was incredible! call it out to offer us great recommendations and the entire service. he kept our table talking. we have turned off the boston menu with an article from the regular menu. from drinks to dessert we were satisfied. we will return safely for future locations. we parked in the garage right next to the restaurant (not sure whether they validate tickets) love the ambiente took cute photos outside the main entrance in the mall bathroom were clean lighting was dim, but cozy music was light / volume was medium staff was super friendly, thanks to the chef who brought our calamari b/c it was “time sensitive” and had to be eaten immediately lol."

"The food and service were excellent. We ordered the Big Eddie V seafood tower, and our server, Aldo, was very attentive. He regularly replaced the dish with the empty shells with a clean one and made sure our glasses were never empty. We didn't lack anything during our meal. Also, thank you for not doing Magical Dining!"

"We had reservations to meet our friends for dinner. We were seated in the bar. We questioned why we were not seated in the dining room and were told there was a private party in the dining room. The bar was extremely noisy and we would not be able to talk above the noise. So we left. Would not have made reservations to sit in the bar. Think Rafels should have called us to tell us the dining room was booked"

"Excellent place for dinner. From the free valet, to amazing food, highly recommend to eat this place. The servers are attentive without being intrusive or intrusive. Any person who works met you with a smile and a helpful look or question. The drinks were absolutely wonderful. Prepared by an expert bartender and brought to your table and final presentation was a nice hard. The food was the best we had. starting with a selection of Oysters that were very fresh, a wedge salad that was very good to the main course. We both ordered the fillet and lobster tail. We have different temperature of fillet and they were on site. The fillet was the best I can ever remember, from tenderness to taste it was just great! Also the lobster table was tender and almost fell apart in the butter. We got one side of the crabs and were too full to finish it so we took it home to enjoy later. Can say that we will return."

"Our meal here last year was less than stellar, but this time, the food was uniformly terrific. The table bread was deliciously warm and satisfying. My partner had the scallops and caesar salad. I had the bone-in NY strip and wedge salad. All four were excellently prepared, and the service was spot on. "Service was fine until we ordered dessert. The desert took over minutes it was bananas foster and when it finally came out the waiter poured cold syrup on top of the bananas and they barely lit. The resulting meal was ice cream cake . Raw bananas and cold syrup. We had already waited for so long for our dessert that there was no way to complain. Additionally during the minutes we were waiting for dessert, the waiter never asked us if we wanted a drink or anything. The last hour of our meal was very disappointing. This is the first time I have ever had a bad experience at Eddie V’s. And I’m not sure what was going on but it was not good"

"Wonderful atmosphere, loved our waiter, although there was a big time gap between apps and entrees arriving. Both the waiter and the Mgr came by to apologize (we weren’t complaining) but never found out what the holdup was-forget to put the order in or ?? My husband and I both had filet steak with side of scallops. Steaks were cooked nicely but really had no flavor. Scallops were tasty but a lot smaller than expected so they were a little dry. Birthday dessert for my husband was wonderful and shareable-really enjoyed! Ocean view is to die for there. So it was a nice night out for my husband’s birthday, but a little disappointed in some of the details….next time we will just come for drinks and apps out on the deck."
