"The chips were nicely seasoned and crisp. The salsa had an odd taste, almost sweet but mildly spicy. The fried chimi had a nice texture and good flavor. The service was disappointing. Ordered a bowl of queso which was only half gone when we ran out of chips. Took a very long time to get our server's attention to ask for more chips and a refill for one of our drinks. Got the drink when our food was delivered but not the chips. Was not able to get her attention again to request the chips or refills on our other drinks."

"I've had the pleasure of dining at Panchos for the last 38 years. The food and service has been amazing. Very consistent food quality taste and appearance. Awesome price point for what you get for your money. Lastly the service has been excellent. Very thoughtful and attentive staff. That will go the extra mile to please there customers. Even picky ones like me. Lol. I just wanted to personally thank the entire Panchos team for doing a terrific job the past soon to be 4 decades of flawless service as the best Mexican restaurant in Ohio. Sincerely Matt Helon."

"I have been craving Quesabirria. Hands down best I have had in the states. The broth it came with is amazing. You can tell the meat was slow braised. The salsa is divine. Great service. Will definitely be back. If you like authentic Jalisco, you will be happy. Not drowned in cheese. Just really good and natural food that is amazing."

"Found a new place to eat here in St Peters, simply delicious.... authentic, chunky guacamole perfection!! Carnitas yummy and also the pork ribeye seared to perfection. Not to mention the jalapeño margarita and the micheladas were just delicious. We will be back!!!!"
