"I really love going here, I love the margaritas, and the food is pretty good. But the service is always terrible. Not because they're rude or mean. They're always friendly. But it always takes at least 40 minutes for us to get our food when I go out with friends. Last time it was 30 minutes before they even came to our table, he served us all water, came back 20 minutes later for our food order but never asked our drink orders. We just added our drink orders in with our food orders. We rarely get checked on. I always have to find somebody to get something I might need. Whether it be more salsa, a margarita, some queso, whatever we might need we have to find someone to ask them or wait another 15 minutes until the waiter decides to come back to our table. I'm forgiving of a business if they're super busy or understaffed and it holds up service. But every single time? Literally 5-6 times, repeatedly, the service is horrible. I hope this is something that can be fixed because it is a great restaurant."
