"We live in central Florida, and after booking a sunset cruise out of siesta key for July 9th, we searched the area for a nice restaurant for our 11 year anniversary, we decided upon making a same day reservation for 4:45pm at The Chart House! It was PERFECT!!!! We got there a little early, but, was seated immediately. We had a spectacular water view! Our server was Herman and he was very friendly, professional and perfectly attentive. For a starter, we had the shrimp, avocado mango stack. Very beautiful and delicious! Our salads were good and fresh. My husband had the miso maple glazed salmon, which melted in your mouth! I had the Hawaiian NY strip medallions and it was amazing! For dessert, he had the chocolate lava cake (best we 'd ever had) and I the crème brullee, which was perfect!! Oh!! And my husband noticed that our menus read The Chart House wishes The Bolingers a Happy 11th Anniversary! We cannot express enough how wonderful our overall experience was!! I could tell the were getting super busy by the time we were leaving, and reservations are recommended. We just might make this our anniversary restaurant every year!"
