"I’ve known this owner since she helped manage the original Saigon Bowl, when pho restaurants weren’t a thing. I love my seafood noodle soup bowl. The broth is very flavorful, that you don’t really have to season it with anything. My parents love their Bun Dac Biet (Combination Noodle Bowls), they always overload our takeout box. Very competitive to thy e popular places nearby. I just know how hard the owner worked to own her business, and I love supporting local businesses. Check it out!"
