"The Big Bowl always has great food service. They still have a Covid-19 surcharge, which in my opinion should be dropped. At this point, they might as well be upfront and raise prices like everyone else. It puts the server in a bad spot when the bill arrives and you see a 3.5% fee. This location is also very tired, and is in need of a refresh. "
