"I typically avoid dining at this restaurant as the Chinese food offered is not very good. The establishment is quite inexpensive and seems old and worn down, with a dirty floor that appears to be cleaned with a mop that is not very clean. The location used to be in a rough area, but with the rising rents, it is now in a different neighborhood. I believe there is a demand for a Chinese restaurant that offers good, clean, healthy food. On the positive side, this place does offer cheap Chinese takeout."
