"I don't care about eating chili, so I'm trying to stay away. but I have been with my parents twice recently and the first time that our food was given to another table and had to be restored because a food runner was screwed, we waited well over 30 minutes for a long wait time to order and get ready for a starter. the second time I just wanted a steak on my birthday that was a Monday, so chili is unfortunately the only option without going to tyler. I don't think there was a host or busser, someone (not the server) sat at a dirty table without menus. they knew the table with a dry serviette, no purer at all, then we waited 10 minutes before I got up and had to find some menus myself because the server was busy with 3 other tables, while the woman who sat us just disappeared somewhere in the back. Once the server was able to come to us, she did a good job, although eating so fast was the steak was really hard, parts that we undercooked, and the brokkoli was almost raw. I can say that this place suffers and I really wish it would only close if the personal problem is so difficult."
