"You have a great employee at Austin Landing Store, Matt Milhaus (I really hope I wrote his last name correctly). We live Cincinnati, but yesterday in Miamisburg (9/6/15) for a football tournament. We stopped at Austin Landing and had a great lunch before we drove the 50 miles home. About 15 minutes on the street, my youngest son realized that he wrapped his holder in a napkin and scattered into the garbage. There's no way we wanted to find this thing, but he was blurred, so I turned the car around and my wife called the store. There the story became interesting. The answer from the store wasn't what we expected. Instead of the typical 'you're crazy when you think we find that in our garbage ', she was told 'safely, we 'll pull the can and start looking. What? When we came back to the store, at least 30 minutes have passed since we left. Sure, it's been gone. I was hit at the door of Matt and he said that he had looked twice through the content and didn't find him, but since we came back all the way, he was still trying. 5 minutes later he returned with the expander. He said it was in the last napkin he removed from the can. An expander is certainly not the most important in the world. But we really appreciate Matt's efforts. He saved us a lot of trouble and cost with a new one. More important is the ridiculously high customer service he has shown and how well he represented your company. I'm sure to dig around in the garbage and looking for a screaming 7-year-old mouthpiece is not the highlight of every day. But this man did it with a smile and a "no problem, sir." My wife even tried to tap him, which he politely refused. Thanks Matt, we appreciate your efforts. Attention, Scott Sheffer"
