"My and I recently stopped in after a long hiatus due to a less than stellar outing, and I'm pleased to say that everything from the food, to the service, was better. Not great, but much better than our previous experience. We started with the octopus, which was served in a wonderful tomato based sauce. The octopus was tender and flavorful, and a favorite of ours. My had an absolute wonderful price of halibut, served in their great tomato sauce with olives. The fish was perfectly prepared moist, tender and we'll seasoned. I had one of their strips it was well prepared, well seasoned and served with a nice pan sauce. The only issue I had with the steak was that it wasn't very tender, and it didn't have the fat rendered out well at all. The desert of bananas foster was very good. The place itself is lovely and intimate, but the service was slow and not very attentive. There were several times we were waiting on drink refills or food this is not a meal you should expect to be snappy. This was honestly between a 3.5 and 4, but it's a restaurant we will be back to try some more of their intriguing menu."
