"We eat at Subway regularly when traveling. This is absolutely the worst Subway experience ever. The beef had gristle. The server was insolent and sloppy and prices were higher than the norm. There are LOTS of Subways on this road and not far away. Go elsewhere! But the bristly beef was s bit of a concern for one would assume that was a corporate problem."

"Beautiful surroundings and a beautiful subway in the middle. I visited my family. Children had meals and I had Subway melt, their latest addition. My husband had protein shell. The melt was delicious. The children loved their sandwiches, as did my husband. You have a bench outside next to a brook. It was a sunny day and we enjoyed eating outside and watching dumplings in the brook. The staff was warm and friendly to my children. Total good experience of this subway."

"Mobile order was messed up. Charged me for a six and a twelve inch and gave me two six inch sandwichs. Then one if the sandwichs was cramed full of paper instead of cheese so not even edible. Then when I called in the employee working said there was no manager available and refused to do anything. Time to fire a few people."

"It's a Subway. You mostly get what you're expecting. Service at this particular Subway is generally really slow, as the employees are often messing around in the back of the store when customers walk in, and many of them do not speak English very well. I only eat here because it is one of the only quick restaurants in Grant Park."
