"After spending a few days in Seattle, I was able to persuade my coworkers to visit my favorite Mexican restaurant from my trip to Chicago, Qdoba. I was impressed by the transformation of the restaurant from a simple establishment in 2010 to a more upscale and commercial space. On this particular visit, I opted for a vegetarian option and ordered an edible bowl with red beans, brown rice, grilled veggies, and guacamole. I also ordered a side of chips with guacamole, which were just as delicious as I remembered, although not as warm as before. The food was flavorful and consistent with the quality and quantity I had come to expect from the chain. I plan on returning soon to try their adobo chicken on one of my meat days."

"I used to come here a lot during break as I work close, but hadn't been here in a while, so today I decided to check it out again. The one guy that has been there a while, that works evenings is always friendly and knowledgeable(might be the manager) but somebody else did my order today, and the experience wasn't the best. The employees came off a little rude. I barely got any kind of communication out of the first girl. It was probably unintentional, as they seemed more hostile towards one another than anything. Also, they added tomatoes to my quesadilla, which isn't a huge issue for me, but it would be for someone that has an allergic reaction. The positives is that they were fast, and the food was edible at least, even with the tomatoes."

"Wanted to like this joint. Gave it 2-3 tries. Last time I went food was very salty. Pico tasted like a salt shaker was dumped inside without lid on. Meat I’ve ordered was all questionable. Brisket was the best that I tried of all they offer but they were out of that. Steak tasted weird. Pulled Pork wasn’t what I expected either. Disappointing because I wanted to write chipotle off for sucking so bad and being late and out of stuff all the time."

"In Bismarck, North Dakota, there are very limited vegan dining options. I tried to make the most of what was available and discovered that Qdoba was a reliable choice with their impossible meat protein and vegan toppings. They offer a variety of vegan bowls where you can customize your own salad, burrito, taco, or bowl. Personally, I really enjoy their taco shells. It's a plus that all their bowls are vegan-friendly. The only thing I would suggest is for them to work on improving their guacamole recipe."

"I loved the tortilla soup at this restaurant. It's a great choice if you're in an area that doesn't have many vegan options. I've heard they have added impossible beef at some other locations, but not at this one yet. Hopefully they will add it here soon."

"So today approximately around 1:15 I had went in got two Steak bows, But as the Lady was preparing the bowls I had mentioned the last time I cam here the Rice wasn't done, So she said well most of the employees don't know how to Cook it. I was so excited to eat my food when me in my daughter got home the Rice was hard as a Brick. Im so disappointed. She said bring it back in, But I traveled to far away. Please train yall workers to properly Cook Rice. Nice Ladies overall"

"Awful. I walk in and was told they 're only taking cash so I order online. I paid for their new shrimp on some nachos. Was given maybe 4-5 shrimp to pay full price. I ask the guy if I could get more shrimp and he said we 're out of shrimp I said so I paid full price for 5 shrimp and he shook his head yes. So I proceeded to ask for the manager. The manager said they had shrimp and had to make some. They are unprepared and liars. I don 't want their left overs and manager didn 't apologize or anything. Nor did the employees."

"I was very pleased with the service for all questions that the fast service points had with employees. One of the employees really had no idea what they did, but they did everything with a smile and asked many questions when they didn't know what to do. That made me wish that about 90% of all other people working in the service industry would appear to see how they do their job and how it is done. The food is good, the service is fast and it was a nice atmosphere."
