"The restaurant did not honor our reservation and instead put us on a wait list, stating that it would be a 30 minute wait or longer. They mentioned that they do not honor third party reservations. Despite calling earlier in the day to confirm our table reservation and preferred seating, we were still told to wait upon arrival, even though we were 10 minutes early. As locals, we were disappointed by the rude and arrogant treatment from the staff and have no intention of returning to this establishment. There are plenty of other great restaurants in the area to choose from. We have previously had breakfast and lunch there, which were nothing exceptional. We decided to try dinner to see if the menu was better, but were left underwhelmed. It is confusing why Open Table would confirm a reservation when the restaurant clearly stated they do not honor third party reservations."

"it's always something at this place. Today they did not give us the half of our order, so we had to turn around and get it. then they come home to realize that everything was made terrible. no cheese on nothing, no tomato mild sauce instead of hot. it's always something, not to mention the horrible attitudes when the little young work the window. my family loves the gypsy and this is the next to our house, but we will continue to drive from now on!"

"Didn’t accept the coupons I use at every other subway location, including the ones in gas stations. I’ve even used the same coupons at this location and they decided to not honor it this time so I won’t be back. The sandwich artist was awful and put too much of some ingredients and barely any of others. The tomatoes didn’t even look fresh, I hope I don’t get sick. And it was almost $30!! For two sandwiches. With gross produce. Just disappointing and disgusting."

"So your in weed ca. Town full of truckers. Lobby says closes at 10pm door locked at 915 pm after I parked half mile away and walked there ordered online and couldn't get my food . Stupid . "It seems like every time I go here, the register charges more than what is on the menu. When I told the cashier (manager I believe) that I was being charged more than what was on the menu, she seems uninterested in correcting the issue but conceded abd fixed it. But when she handed me my change, she gave me 2 cents less than what it should be. I stood there looking a little confused for a few seconds and she noticed then told me that she didn't have any pennies. It's only 2 cents so it's not a huge deal but the fact that she handed me less change than what I was owed without saying anything at first is very annoying. "I was go with reviews and I LOVE writing them alot. So I received a 1st class service in this store this evening. I ordered the new steak double burrito my Cashier was William M. He never told me his name but I got it from my receipt because I was so curious. Not just him my dearest ALL of them working this evening 3rd of December 2021 need a raise please. They gave me/us a standard service very fast,friendly,calm and team work. I didn’t spend up to 2 minutes but I just felt so comfortable that I had to eat in my car while I observe and make my survey.
