"Placed a take out order on 12.8.2023 which included an 18% service fee, even though we were not eating at the restaurant. When I asked the server Yanelys about this highly unethical practice, I was told that 's the way it is in Coral Gables. As you can see in the receipt I was charged $7.04 (see tip) by the Cashier, and told explicitly that I could not have my the meal unless I paid the 18% tip (service fee). I would have cancelled the order buy my children were hungry."
