"The games and go-karts are definitely the main attractions here. There's a great selection of beer, but the food options were quite limited. We ordered guacamole, which was tasty, but we were very hungry! The main issue we encountered was with the staff. Most of the employees appeared to be young and seemed more interested in their phones and chatting with each other than in running the games or engaging with customers. At one point, I had to approach a couple of girls to ask if they knew who was in charge of a game because we had been waiting without assistance for about five minutes. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and nice, though I regrettably didn't catch her name. While we genuinely enjoyed the games (although we were unfortunate to find three of them out of order that night), we were just as, if not more, disappointed by the customer service. We may return to try out some of the games we missed, but probably not until the staff situation improves."
