"Las Enchiladas is one of my favorite restaurants. The service is great, the atmosphere is nice, and the food is immaculate. We were treated with warm and equally delicious chips and queso sauce. Then, I ordered the taquitos and they were perhaps the besttaquitos I have ever had. Crunchy and hot on the outside, succulent and seasoned to perfection on the inside, all the whilecovered in the perfect amount of sauce. Mmm mmm, they were tasty. I will be returning as often as I can."

"We were warmly welcomed by a staff member at Limon Jungle and not pressured to dine there, but simply informed that the food was delicious. Following the gentleman's recommendation, we decided to give it a try. And we were not let down! The food was incredible, affordable, and the service was excellent. What stood out to us the most was that the food was served quickly and piping hot. We ordered the burrito and it was delicious! Thank you, we will definitely be returning."

"My wife and I had our rehearsal dinner at the Metropolitan. It was so amazing! It was cozy, but not crowded. The food was really good, like a homemade meal but not pricey. We had a semi-private area and the whole things was easy and fun and the staff were friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious! (We did this in September 2015; I'm a slow typer)"

"This place has some a long way since it first opened up. It's atmosphere has increased quite a bit and their beer was actually good this last time. They even have real food options now! Given the progress this place has shown I will now return. I will say that the bartender last was a bit abrupt/rude when we got there. Made us feel like we weren't welcomed. But everyone has bad days. I'll update this review if we continue to experience bad service. That said our table service was great and our waitress was nice and friendly. Thanks for being in Brighton! Keep up the good work."

"It was my first time ordering from here. I ordered the double burrito, which is supposed to be double the protein and rice but I got very little of the protein and a lot of rice. So it ended up being a rip-off. 19.00 for a giant burrito filled with mainly rice is not worth it. The food was decent, but not having double the protein when advertised was a bummer. I could get a cheaper and more meaty burrito at Chipotle. I won't be ordering from here again.
