"So disappointed this year! We’ve had two meals so far during our visit at Devils Thumb Ranch and both were below par. To get chicken on my Cobb salad at lunch would have cost me more... what cob salad doesn’t already have chicken? That would have been a salad. I realize DTR is an upscale experience but this salad was a joke. Dinner was no better. We ordered pork tenderloin, not cooked to order, and it was dry and tough. The rice was not cooked properly (underdone) and the child’s Mac and cheese was grainy and so hot it was inedible until we got another bowl to help cool it down. The menu, compared to years past, was small and uninspired. Sad.. I’ve always looked forward to my meals here."
