"It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. I ordered online enough in advance to be reasonable. Order said it 'd be ready at the top of the hour. I arrived shortly after that and was told that the orders get bagged in the order that people come in to pick them up. I waited 5 minutes and asked again and was asked to wait a little longer. I waited 10 more minutes asking again. The same attendant asked me what my name was, finally, then printed out a receipt, took it to the back, and handed it to the head bagger. I watched him mouth oh s**t then started to bag. Another 15 minutes went by and I asked for a refund. The attendant promised my order would be right out and it was.I drive home, open my bags, and turns out, I 'm missing three items that I payed for. Small items but the ones that really make the meal a great meal, plus, I payed for them.Always slow service at this location as well. Not fun. Go to Zaxbys for better service."
