"I would rate this restaurant 4 stars based on several visits. However, my most recent experience was disappointing. The boneless wings were overcooked, and everything, including the wings and onion rings, arrived cold. Additionally, the table and menus were not clean, which was off-putting. It seemed they were overwhelmed with customers—it was a Saturday night during NCAA March Madness, and Michigan was playing. Usually, I have a fantastic experience here."

"I ordered food online. online said they were open and the website accepted my order. when I was there to pick up my order, they had closed the kitchen and said they had to cancel my order. I asked twice about the manager. I didn't see a manager. the next day I went there to make sure they canceled the order, finally after 20 minutes waiting with a manager talked. she said it could take 10-14 days to get my refund! what? no excuse, hardly an apologies, I made 2 trips, no eating, and I am $25 irresponsible. there are other places to get wings"

"This is a great place to have a great burger and have a good time. Our server Sofie was very attentive and she has a great friendly attitude. I was actually in a bad mood when I came in but her infectious personality really made my night. They were short staffed and it was very busy so the food did take a little longer than expected. But everything came out hot and delicious. Drinks are a little overpriced but all around a great environment. I will definitely be returning!"

"Server seemed like she was a bit overwhelmed, but was pleasant and kind. She did a good job checking in with us and making sure we didn't feel forgotten. Our food took as long as it would on a night with a full house, and we were one of 5 or 6 tables. However, I think they're a bit understaffed, so its understandable. Hopefully they can find some more good employees soon. Food at least tasted really good and wasn't left sitting around in the kitchen. Our server made sure to bring it out as soon as it was ready."

"Love the food here! The wings are really big with many choices for flavors in both sauces or dry rubs. I chose original buffalo sauce which was perfect. I did have to ask for additional sauce as the wings were lacking a lot of sauce. The burger was also very tasty and I would recommend, much better than I had expected. We ordered a large order of cheese curds and onion rings as well and the portions are very large so keep that in mind. Both dishes were perfectly cooked and the cheese curds were amazing! There is a very large selection of tvs to choose from and just ask if you want to watch something, chances are they will change the channel for you. So why not five stars? Essentially the service unfortunately. There was no line and multiple staff saw us waiting but said nothing and then someone did say that someone will be right with us, then 5 min later that same person sat us. The restaurant was. It busy, maybe 4 tables were full out of the 20 plus available. Not sure of the disconnect but just a bit disappointed in having to wait over ten min to be seated in a relatively empty restaurant."

I have used their website to order the 20 boneless and 20 regular and the website said ready for pickup.(Takeout) I actually had to wait another 15-20 minutes. the personal was nice. if they want really good wings for taking off. go to the marcos pizza. "My sister and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings last night, and she slipped and fell on the wet floor in the bar. I informed our waitress and she got the manager, Franc. When he arrived and asked what happened, I explained that my sister fell on the wet floor and hurt her knee, mentioning that there was no wet floor sign. He expressed regret about the incident but did not offer any compensation or show genuine empathy. The staff quickly cleaned up the wet floor, but I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. As a former employee of Buffalo Wild Wings, I found this to be unacceptable and unprofessional."

"Overall good time, my husband and I arrived right before Sunday Night Football so I wasn't too busy the food was pretty good, I got one of the new sandwiches the chicken on the hot dog bun it was delicious but the chicken was a little too crispy for myliking, after picking off the Krispies I enjoyed it very much so my fries were cold but I wasn't worried because the appetizerplatter we ordered was delicious! Especially the onion rings and the nachos. I loved that I could watch football basketball andthe World Cup all at once."

"I recently had a great experience at this restaurant. Even though my sandwich initially came with the wrong sauce, the staff promptly replaced it with the correct one at no extra charge. The waiter was friendly and had a great sense of humor. The food was delicious as always. Without a doubt, the fried pickles are my favorite appetizer in the world. This place is also a great spot to catch a game, even if it's not one of the more popular ones. I highly recommend checking out this restaurant if you're looking for a fun and tasty meal."

"As the Duke of this establishment. All shall bow in my presence. I shall be catered to hand and foot. Every one of my whims shall be fulfilled without question. For I am the Duke. Lol, I am funny. What 's funnier is I have only checked in four times on Yelp. So I am a mini Duke. I have been here more than four times but I only cared to check in for four. All kidding aside for a second. I want to like this place more than I do. It 's just been a let down in my eyes. Let 's start with service. Not sure if they are over worked or under trained or both. The times I have been here. The workers looked rushed, apathetic or just look like they don 't have a clue. The other day I drove to pick up a online order inside the restaurant. When I showed up. I wasn 't acknowledged at all. No Hi or I will be right with you. . Another customer walked up and was served immediately. The Duke hates to be ignored. No trumpets, red carpet or flower petals being thrown at my feet. In my mind it was Off with their heads. . Yeah, I was miffed. I told the employee I was here first but got no response. All I got was an employee who looked like the lights weren 't on. Lucky for me. Another employee came with the save and took care of me. I left shaking my head thinking. Why do I come here? Next comes the food. It 's not bad but it 's not great either. Wings are their thing but they aren 't exceptional. Shouldn 't the wings be amazing especially when Wings is in their name. Again, why do I come here? I don 't give many bad reviews. The reason is I try to give a business a fair shake. I will give numerous chances for them to be better but there 's a time where it is what it is. What it is. Is a business that could be more, advertises that it is more but isn 't. I won 't be back. I forgo my Duke status. You can keep it."

When I arrived five minutes after the pick-up time, I was told that they were going to bag my food. four orders were taken before me. they were not for the extra twenty minutes I waited. "My boyfriend and I walked into Buffalo Wild Wings and were welcomed by jasmine who was very rude, she ask us if we wanted to be seated at the high top area and we said no we want a booth and she rudely walked away grab menus without saying anything and just threw them on the table and walked away. We waited at least 5-10 mins and then we saw her just walking around on FaceTime with someone and not doing her job. She stood right in front of our booth and and was asking when the other waitress was going to be here. Then jasmine took our drink order and we told her we need a few minutes to look over the menu and she said rudely in a snobby voice you guys do need a few minutes and just walked away then we waited 15 more mins till 4:00 till the new server came in. No one told us what was going on and jasmine just kept looking at us and giving us nasty looks. She could have told us we are waiting on a new server but she didn 't. She was secreting everyone else but would it serve us."

"no tablet that is one of the reasons we decided on bww today. the queen was watery. the wings were just for a wings in order. could have been fried a bit harder. we were charged for the celery, although there was no mention of a fee for celery on the menu. had to ask for caramel sauce for the cheesecake, although caramel sauce is in the actual name of dessert and the cheesecake was completely frozen. the server has not even offered a full or discount for it. She was nice, but somehow vulnerable. she took my beer before I finished it. we don't plan to get back to this place. this load gives bww a bad name. oh, and my daughter and I saw a young lady who tried to come into her car while she was hit by an older guy who appeared as manager. smh."

"Great Tuesday with the BOGO deal on bone in wings. After a nice swim what better way to recharge than 30 wings and some drinks? Kids liked the burger and tenders.
