"Had an order with 2 sandwiches, 2 soups, and 2 drinks. They forgot 1 of the sandwiches. Called the store and asked if they do delivery that is not through a third party such as DoorDash, and they said yes. I then asked them to deliver my sandwich to which they replied that they only do delivery through third party. Obviously, the person on the phone was not listening! I know I was not pleasant on the phone, but I was hangry! (Still am!! Never got an apology from the store, and was then told my only options were to come pick it up or get a refund. Going to pick it up was not an option for me. I did get a refund from DoorDash, but a refund doesnt cure hangry! I didnt want a refund, I wanted food."
