"She had the Taco Salad with chicken, I had the El Durango Dinner. Her's was the best Taco Salad she has had this year with a well balanced combination of chicken, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and generous helpings of guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo. She commented that it could have benefitted from some more different vegetables. I chose the El Durango Dinner because I haven't seen it on a menu before. And while I had a taste for cheese and beans, I couldn't pass the opportunity to try something different. The tilapia, shrimp, sauce and rice were good. I'd call it a dinner for a light appetite though. When we were first seated in the center section of this three section restaurant, we were immediately greeted by our waitress with menus. She took our drink orders and was back pronto with two large sweet teas, a basket of chips, and some very good salsa. Our food orders were taken and the food arrived quickly and hot. This is a good Mexican restaurant with a friendly staff offering a greater variety of authentic foods than some others. We'll be back to try their Ceviche..."
