"On the 28th of August 2023 my sister, my grandson and granddaughter were on there way to London via Delta airline. They were rerouted to New York due to some technical difficulties and received vouchers for the Long Beach roach motel. This was a horrific experience for them. They were told that they were given a junior suite. First and foremost the bed was covered in hairs, the pillows were dirt, the floors were filthy, and the toilet was left I flushed by an individual. My grandson who was 11 years old had to sleep in my sisters lap while she and my granddaughter stayed awake all night. I called the clerk to complain about the condition and he promised me that he would investigate, but he went home at the end of shift, without following up with the next clerk. This motel is not fit to be open, so please keep away from this dump."
