"Delicious! Not the run of the mill Mediterranean food, but flavors with their own personality. Three menus are a Mediterranean sampler that mixes flavors from the countries of the Italian, Turkish, Spanish, etc. The two of us shared a sabra sampler that contained a tomato base Carbonada and Tzatziki with a spin. The mango salad with avocado had generous slices of both fruits and their version of a green goddess dressing, sweet but not excessive. Chicken cabobs were grilled, juicy and had a light, pleasant heat that seemed to hit the mouth right (like the back of the throat). Don't worry, it's not a hot hot dish. All foods it is organic, grass fed, or wild caught. For Dessert we gave generous chocolate Bomba. Service is over excellent. It is always a good idea to call ahead or make a reservation."
