"I think you're cheating people out of their money. I always get the smoothie bowls and they have ALWAYS filled up (as they should when you spend $13/$14 for them). Today, when I got my DoorDash order, my bowl was half full. I was confused about why it wasn't filled up, so I went to Nektar. When I came and showed the employees, she explained that this is the way they fill them (they fill them on the floor of the N on the container) I explained that I was just confused and worried because my bowl never looked like that. One of the other employees showed me a paper with pictures and instructions on it for the employees how to make a smoothie bowl and it shows that the bowl is filled barley halfway. My problem is with the company as a whole. Containers should be filled up to ALWAYS. Customers should not feel as if they are cheated out of their money because a company wants to be greedy. I won't spend my money here anymore, I don't feel like the portion size is worth the money. This location must ensure that the employees are all on the SAME page, how the container should be filled.
